Hello,
I've had my steam mop for two years (2nd one as first was defective). This morning while cleaning my floor, sparks shot out from the device where the cord meets the main body of the mop. I have taken a photo that I can send to you to illustrate what happened. I'm just lucky it didn't catch onto the curtains, but they came close. I'm hoping your company will stand by your product with this issue.
