WORST PRODUCT EVER PURCHASED - Shark Steam Mop
Purchased a Shark Steam Mop Model S3601 and followed instructions to a T, using distilled water, etc. Four cleanings later the unit quits steaming. Took apart and everything is clean as a whistle, but mop will not work. Cleaned everything, checked the unit; still not working. What a piece of junk! Only a few cleanings and it quits? I will NEVER purchase another Shark product - EVER! I can't even find an authorized dealer to take the unit to. Save your money and don't purchase a Shark Steam Mop.
