Broken steam mop - Shark Steam Mop


I have had the shark steam mop for less than a year and the same thing has happened to me. I think I've used it MAYBE 5 times and the steam no longer comes out. The product apparently is defective and should be taken off the shelves.

I loved my shark steam / vacuum so much I immediately bought a small shark the steamer purple the small vacuum ugly green but I thought it was a good company wow I was so wrong they both broke within one year
